libphat0 software package provides collection of gtk widgets geared towards audio apps, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libphat0
libphat0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libphat0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libphat0 *
You will get with libphat0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
